Nervous System Support Sessions
These sessions are for people working in care environments who want a clearer way to understand stress, behavior, and real situations in their work.
We will focus on one or two real scenarios and simplify what’s happening, so you can respond with more clarity and less overwhelm.
Rather than therapy or crisis support, this is offered as grounded, practical support for real-world care work.

These are 1:1 sessions for people working in care environments—especially disability services, direct support, and related roles.
This is a space where you can:
talk through real situations from your work
make sense of behavior and stress
slow things down and get clear on what’s happening
We focus on:
understanding, not fixing everything

These sessions are for you if you:
work as a DSP, caregiver, or in a support role
regularly feel overwhelmed or unsure after shifts
are navigating challenging behavior
want to respond more clearly and calmly in real situations
need a space to process your work in a grounded way

Each session is simple and focused.
We’ll:
talk through a real situation from your work
look at what was happening before, during, and after
understand the behavior through a clear framework
identify what might have been going on in the nervous system
find one or two ways to approach it differently next time

feel more clear about what happened
understand behavior without taking it personally
have a few practical ways to respond differently
feel more steady going into your next shift

Samana Yoga Therapy Pathway offers single and multi-session body-based support for people experiencing stress, burnout, grief, anxiety, or recovery from intense life periods.
There are times when a single session isn’t enough.
When the stress you’re carrying isn’t just from one moment—but something that’s been building over time.
When your system feels tired, overwhelmed, or like it doesn’t fully settle, even when things are “fine.”
This is where yoga therapy becomes something deeper.

What This Space Is
Samāna Yoga Therapy is a steady, supportive space to:
slow down
reconnect with your body
gently work with your nervous system
and rebuild a sense of stability over time
This isn’t about pushing, fixing, or performing.
It’s about:
creating conditions where your system can begin to settle and recover
How We Work Together
Each session is simple, grounded, and responsive to where you are.
We may work with:
breath and pacing
gentle movement or stillness
guided rest (Yoga Nidra)
sound or mantra (when appropriate)
awareness of patterns in your body and mind
You don’t need any prior experience.
There’s nothing to “get right.”
A Different Kind of Support
This is not talk therapy.
And it’s not a typical yoga class.
It’s a space where:
your body leads the pace
your nervous system is respected
and we work with what’s actually present—not what should be happening
Who This Is For
This work may be supportive if you:
feel chronically stressed or overwhelmed
are experiencing burnout (especially in care or service roles)
have difficulty settling, even when things slow down
want a body-based approach to support your well-being
are looking for something steady and sustainable—not a quick fix
Working Together Over Time
While single sessions are available, this work is often most supportive when approached as a process.
3-Month Support Container (Recommended)
A gentle, consistent space for your system to:
unwind patterns of stress
build capacity gradually
and integrate simple practices into daily life
Includes:
2 sessions per month (6 total)
simple, realistic practices between sessions
space to track what’s shifting over time
There is no pressure to do this perfectly.
We move at a pace your system can actually hold.

improved ability to rest and recover
a quieter, steadier baseline

Integrative Yoga → Recalibrate through gentle movement
